At Maharshi- EducationHub2.O, we value the trust you place in our educational materials. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both the student and the platform. By purchasing any course or service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility Period

We offer a specific "Grace Period" for our digital courses to ensure you are satisfied with the quality of instruction:

  • Refund: Refund requests will not be entertained after purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following services/products are strictly non-refundable:

  • Mock Tests & E-books: Once access is granted or the PDF is downloaded, these cannot be refunded due to the nature of digital goods.

  • One-on-One Mentorship: Sessions that have already been conducted or scheduled are non-refundable.

  • Promotional Offers: Courses purchased during "Flash Sales" or using special discount codes are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@maharshieducationhub2o.com from your registered email ID.

  2. Include your Order ID, Registered Phone Number, and a Reason for Refund (this helps us improve our services).

  3. Our team will review the request and verify the "content consumption" logs.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will not be processed back.

5. Course Swapping

In lieu of a refund, students may request to swap their current course for another course of equal value within the first 7 days of purchase. If the new course is higher in price, the student must pay the difference.

6. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our platform’s end (and we are unable to resolve it within 72 hours), you will be entitled to a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.

7. Policy Changes

Maharshi- EducationHub2.O reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the date of the update.
